Business Permission For Artist

We have just secured permission for a performing artist to work in the state. Artists and craft workers are allowed to apply for business permission from the Department of Justice without the €300,000.00 capital investment required of commercial business people. The artist must be well established and be able to show they can support themselves through their art form. The Department of Justice has signalled to us that they are very much open to considering applications for business permission to all who fit the criteria under this administrative scheme.
