Creditors Meetings

A creditors meeting is held when a company has resolved it must be wound up by reason of insolvency.This is a difficult process for both the company and its creditors. We are experienced in attending and advising on creditors meetings from the point of view of both the company and its directors and creditors. It is useful to have guidance to ensure the meeting is conducted properly and that a liquidator is correctly appointed. We can also advise the liquidator subsequently on the legal aspects of insolvency and advise the directors on their responsibilities post liquidation.
