Our client was riding his bicycle when the driver of a parked car opened the car door, knocking our client to the ground. Our client suffered abrasions and injuries to the back, as a result of the accident. We initiated a claim  and the insurer’s of the car driver contacted us looking to settle the case. We settled the case on behalf of our client for a total sum in excess of €12,000, without the necessity of making an application to the Injuries Board.
