Enforcing PRTB Awards

Tenants who are wrongly refused return of their deposit can bring their complaint to the Private Residential Tenancies Board. But sometimes these awards can be ignored by the landlord. While the PRTB itself can bring enforcement proceedings, it is also possible for tenants to bring a motion to the Circuit Court to have the award enforced by court order. This is a service we can provide for tenants at a manageable cost.
