Improvements to the Immigrant Investor Scheme

The Department of Justice and Equality has announced improvements to the Immigrant Investor Scheme.Critically, the levels of investment have reduced considerably with €500k now the qualifying investment for enterprise. Another very useful change is the introduction of a new category of approved fund investment. We are working with fund managers who can offer an investment with reasonable returns allied to the attractive residency permission. The Irish programme not compares very favourably with the international requirements and has the advantage of not having a minimum residency period and quick processing times.
