New Scheme For Immigrant Investors And Entrepreneurs

The Minister has announced a new immigrant investment programme and a start up entrepreneur scheme. While details of the schemes have not been released, they promise to be an improvement on the existing Business Permission Scheme. The former programme will require investment between €400,000 and €2,000,000.00. The latter scheme is focused on the innovative economy and good business ideas can qualify with only €70,000.00 investment. This opens the prospect of residency to a new wave of investors and entrepreneurs.
