Restriction Order for Directors

Anwar Aziz and Farhana Anwar were restricted from acting as directors of a company without a minimum paid up share capital for a period of five years on 5th July last.We are acting for Derek Ryan, official liquidator of Sandyford Trading Ltd. who applied to have the directors of the company restricted pursuant to section 150 of the Companies Act. Having considered the application, the court was satisfied that the directors had not acted honestly or responsibly in the conduct of the company and made the restriction order.
