Stamp 4 for Step-Parents

We are pleased to note that two of our non-EEA clients residing here on student conditions (stamp 2) have been granted stamp 4. Stamp 4 has been granted on the basis the applicants have been in loco parentis of Irish citizen children residing in Ireland. Loco parentis can be established were a person takes an active role in the life of a child who may not be related by blood.
