Supply of Services Case

Our client asked her local garage to mend her car but matters didn’t turn out well. After months of frustration, our client still hadn’t received her car in working condition and had to buy a new car. We sued in the District Court under the Sale of Goods and Supply of Services Act and were awarded the maximum jurisdiction plus costs. Now the sheriff is collecting the award in installments from the garage owner.
