Dealing With Us:

1 -  We invite you to talk to one of our lawyers without obligation so that we can assess what we can offer to you.

2 – In most matters it will be possible to give an estimate of fees over the phone for your consideration.

3 – If we believe we can offer assistance, you will be invited to attend for consultation with a lawyer. At that meeting, a lawyer will take detailed instructions and draw up a plan of action for dealing with your case and prepare a budget for legal fees and outlays.

4 – We will write to you with confirmation of the instructions, plan of action and budget.

5 – You will be kept advised on the progress of your case by your lawyer in accordance with our client care terms.

6 – We will process your matter to completion in accordance with your instructions.
