Making the engagement process simple

We aim to ensure engaging our services is easy for you

1. Call or email us with a short description of the service you require.
2. Our solicitors will assess whether we are in a position to offer assistance to you. If we believe we can help you, we will invite you to come in for a meeting. All information given will be held confidential.
3. In most matters it will be possible to give an estimate of fees over the phone for your consideration.
4. At that stage, if you wish to proceed, you will be invited to attend for a consultation with a solicitor. At that meeting, a solicitor will take detailed instructions and draw up a plan of action for dealing with your case and prepare a budget for legal fees and outlays.
5. We will write to you with confirmation of the instructions, plan of action and budget.
6. You will be kept advised on the progress of your case by your solicitor in accordance with our client care terms.
7. We will process your matter to completion in accordance with your instructions.
