Making a will - from the comfort of your own home

By making a will you can ensure that when you die, your money, property and possessions go to people that you choose in the proportions you wish.

Research suggests just 28 per cent of people in Ireland have a will.

Without a will, your estate will be governed by the rules on intestacy, which may not suit your circumstances and may cause your successors to incur unnecessary taxes.

To deal with the pandemic, we are now conducting interviews for wills by telephone. Following the consultation, we will email a draft will for consideration and further discussion. Once the will is perfected, we will send detailed instructions on how the will can be properly executed, all without the necessity of attending a solicitor’s office.
