Not long ago, I contacted McGrath & Mullan for advise and assistance on my Irish Citizenship application, as I like hundreds other applicants had been waiting for a decision for over 2 years due to Covid 19, even to those, like myself are also EU citizens. The answer to my inquire was immediate, Elaine O"Sullivan, a professional par excellence took of my case into her care, in less that 6 months I can proudly call myself an Irishman as I have just received my Certificate of Naturalisation. That is impressive!! A million thanks Elaine O'Sullivan, your wisdom and professionalism made all the difference in the achievement of this dream.
My experience with McGrath Mullan was fantastic! We dealt with Taise the whole time, and she was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. The communication process was straightforward and quick, and Taise did a fantastic job with our citizenship application. I cannot recommend them enough!
I want to share my thoughts about the experience with Taise Azevedo (from McGrath Mullan) as a Solicitor in Ireland. It was amazing since the first contact through email. She managed to set the appointment within time to me to stay on track with my process even though it was an urgent request. Moreover, I found her to be efficient, professional and kind. In addition to that, I was able to successfully complete the application I needed her help for. I am very grateful. Thank you so much, Taise! I highly recommend her services!
When my partner and I went to McGrath & Mullan, we were lost but Mr Gerry McGrath & Ms Taise De Azevedo took in our case and provided us advise and helped us with the application. They are very knowledgeable and professional. They were with us every step of the way. I cannot thank them enough!
Good afternoon, Eoghan. We're delighted to receive the good news from you today. And, we wanted to thank you for the excellent work you did as our solicitor. We know you have a lot of clients, so your prompt responses and attention to detail really meant a lot to us. Let's keep in touch for further immigration matters. Many thanks.
We received a letter from the INIS this morning to inform my parents that their review was successful and now they are able to get a five year stamp4 visa. We are so happy and moved for this result and wanted to thank you for the extreme efforts you put in to help our family reunion.
We pray and wish you and your family all the best in all the possible ways. You, your firm and colleagues have helped us for more than four years and a half and guided us again and again each time when we were treated unfairly by the Department. There is so much we want to say but words are so limited to express our thankfulness.
Amazed with the quick responses from Taise De Azevedo, which resolved the issue I was having straight away. A very complex area of Irish citizenship law was navigated with ease. Highly recommended.
"I'm very happy and delighted to receive this great news! Thank you very much for all your valuable support and guidance through all the process." (Permission to remain in the State following successful submissions around the EU family member Removals process)
Hi Brian,
Thanks again for your work on my case. As always, really appreciate your time on everything.
I can confirm that the monies have come across to my account today. So all is in order and grateful to receive same.
I absolutely will be back in contact with you if we ever have any future legal matters to deal with and will gladly refer any friends or family on to you too.
Thanks again for your time.
We wanted to say an ENORMOUS thank you for sticking with us and getting us over this line (initial residency 8 years ago, and naturalisation as an Irish citizen just approved).
You and your team kept faith with us, knowing exactly how things worked practically and cutting through the procedures to tell us exactly what was necessary and why. And most importantly of all, we ALWAYS, ALWAYS felt that you were on our side.
Taise has also been wonderful, so responsive and reassuring and completely up to speed on what was being asked of her. She is an outstanding asset to your firm and their clients.
A HUGE thank you, Gerry.
I have received my certificate of naturalisation today, I'm so happy and couldn’t say enough thanks to you for your hard work - you are brilliant in your job. Thank you so much.

Brian, Thanks a million for all your help over the last 6 years - you're a gentleman.
I am impressed by the professional and efficient service provided by Taise and her team. They assisted me to grant work permit sooner than I expected. Work permit is not easy to get here in Ireland as I have experienced one failure last year before consulting this law firm for help and wasted a lot of time on it. Hence I really value the advice that Taise gave and their proactive service as well.
It simply has to be said! Taise De Azevedo of McGrath McGrane LLC is a wonderful legal professional. Taise - in a very efficient manner - reduced what seemed like a complicated and difficult situation relating to immigration into a simple and successful process.
Thanks to Gerry and Naoise for their support on employment permit applications for my two colleagues, as you would expect they are delighted. We would have no hesitation in recommending McGrath McGrane given the service we received.
I cannot recommend McGrath McGrane more highly. My initial enquiry was responded to quickly and efficiently by Elaine O’Sullivan. The consultation that I chose to schedule was invaluable as offered me clear guidance on what was required to enable me to proceed with the application and to avoid this being declined. Elaine was extremely knowledgeable and professional and guided me throughout the process, I cannot thank you enough.
I am well, and happy and relieved to have this matter resolved. Thank you and your team for all your help. Your assistance is greatly appreciated.
Taise, I couldn't be happier with the way you handled my application. To have my visa approved in 4 weeks wasn't something I expected. Your excellent professionalism has ensured the success of this work permit granted. Thank you so much.
Aileen, I have got my irish passport, it all happened because of your good and hard work for me.
Taise, it's a miracle!!! The passports have arrived. Thank you so much for your perseverance and determination. I could not have done this without you.
Taise provided an excellent service in helping us appeal an employment permit refusal. Very detailed information and guidance were provided resulting in a swift and successful appeal. Highly recommended!
I am extremely grateful for all your help and hard work over the last couple of years and for giving me the push to keep going! I cannot express my gratitude enough. Thank you.
As a result of delays caused by the other side changing Solicitor, our satisfied client said "I guess not everyone gets the best their first go-round as we did".
Thank you Naoise for all of your help on our applications. You made it much easier and pretty much stress free.
This is simply to let you know that I heard yesterday from the Irish Department of foreign affairs that my application for citizenship through entry on the foreign birth register has been successful. I therefore want to thank you Brent, Aileen and all your team for the help you gave me in securing this.
Aileen, you likely already know this, but I wanted to let you know that I received my Irish citizenship and my passport as well. Thank you so much for your assistance. I am so proud and excited. Coming to Ireland for an extended visit soon!
Fantastic, thank you Brent! It’s been a journey and I’m thankful to you, the team, Aileen and Taise for the support.
That’s probably the best news I’ve ever gotten in a very long time and I’m over the moon. I totally appreciate the work you did and everyone that was involved because without you none of this would’ve happened.
